With the comfort of our guests in mind, our hotel pays special attention to the periodic reduction of mosquitoes and spiders. Due to the direct waterfront location, however, we cannot completely keep these unwelcome guests away. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to prefer using air conditioning in the evening during the summer season rather than ventilating. We cannot accept complaints about mosquitoes and spiders entering the room due to open windows or balcony doors.

Check- In:
Before using hotel services, the guest fills out a hotel registration form and receives the keys (gate, room) and remote controls (TV, TV box, air conditioning). Hotel guests can re-enter the hotel area after leaving by presenting the room key.
Registration involves accurately filling out the registration form and verifying the guest's identity. Presenting an identification document is considered essential for the hotel.
By signing the registration form, the guest consents to the handling of their obligations related to the tourist tax and the verification of fulfillment until the competent authority can verify compliance with the specified obligations in the relevant laws.
The provision of mandatory information by the guest is a prerequisite for using hotel services. Mandatory information includes: name, address, nationality, place, and date of birth, ID/passport number, and motor or car registration number. Optionally provided information includes email address and phone number.
Rooms can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival. In case of earlier occupation, the hotel is entitled to charge an additional fee.
Check- Out
On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the room with their luggage and belongings by 10:00. Keys and the guest card must be handed over at the reception. In case of lost key(s), a specified fee must be paid at the reception.
If the room is not vacated on time, the hotel is entitled to charge an additional fee. The guest must settle the payment for their stay, including additional services, before permanently leaving the hotel.
In case of refusal to pay, the hotel is entitled to retain the guest's belongings brought into the hotel and enforce its lien rights. In case of departure without payment, the hotel will pursue legal action and the costs will be borne by the guest.
Any unpaid and outstanding service charges will be debited to the guest's credit card later on.
Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed in the hotel rooms. The guest is responsible for the behavior of their visitors, including any damage caused. The hotel excludes liability for damage caused by the visitor to the guest or any third party.
Buying an entry ticket and parking ticket is mandatory for visitors as well.
Guests under 14 years
Guests under 14 years can only use hotel and beach services in the company of a parent or another authorized competent person. The responsible escort must ensure continuous supervision of a child under 14 in the room and on the beach.
Individuals under 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol on the hotel premises or at events. The parent or the authorized competent person is responsible for compliance with this obligation.
Dress Code
Guests are requested to adhere to general dress code rules. Especially during restaurant services, attention should be paid to attire. Sitting on restaurant chairs in wet swimwear is discouraged.
Hotel Equipment, Furniture, Demage
The guest must use the hotel's equipment and furniture for their intended purpose and preserve their property. In the case of damages caused by negligence or under the influence, the hotel may charge a special rate.
Hotel equipment and furniture can only be taken out of the hotel area with the hotel's prior written permission. The rearrangement of hotel rooms or furniture is the sole responsibility of hotel staff or designated representatives.
Bathroom towels are not allowed to be taken out of the rooms.
Taking hotel valuables without prior written permission is considered a criminal offense, and the hotel will take necessary legal actions.
Any damage caused by the guest due to improper use must be reported to the hotel. The guest is not authorized to repair the damage, and the hotel disclaims responsibility for resulting damages.
WI-FI
The hotel provides Wi-Fi service, which is free to use. Guests receive the Wi-Fi password upon check-in. The hotel does not guarantee continuous operation and accessibility of Wi-Fi, and it is used at the guest's own risk.
The hotel is not responsible for direct or indirect damages to the guest's device or its content caused during or due to Wi-Fi usage.
Security
For the safety and security of guests and hotel property, the hotel operates a closed-circuit camera system 24/7, recording video continuously.
Changing rooms, water blocks are available in the park for beach guests. The hotel does not take responsibility for items left in the park. Valuables should be deposited at the reception for a fee of 1000 HUF. Found items can also be handed over at the reception, and lost items can be inquired about there.
Items not allowed on the hotel premises include corrosive or flammable substances, purchased food and beverages not from hotel service units, expensive valuables, fireworks, petards, waste, harmful substances, weapons, or items considered weapons.
Dogs or other animals are not allowed in the beach area and the building.
If a guest brings an item onto the hotel premises without prior written permission, the hotel may remove it at the guest's expense.
The guest is fully liable for all damage and harm caused by the item brought without permission, to other guests, third parties, or the hotel.
Smoking
The hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in hotel premises (guest rooms and terrace), communal areas, and the entire open area of the hotel, except for designated smoking areas.
Hotel staff is authorized to warn guests and any other persons on the hotel premises to adhere to this rule or cease smoking. Despite warnings, guests who smoke in the rooms will incur an additional cleaning fee of 15,000 HUF per room. Designated smoking areas can be found opposite the main entrance and next to the restroom facilities.
In case of a fine imposed by the competent authorities due to the illegal behavior of any guest or another person on the hotel premises, the hotel is entitled to pass on the amount of the fine to the person exhibiting the illegal behavior or demand payment from them.
"DO NOT DISTURB" sign
Housekeeping is carried out continuously from 10:00 in the morning. By hanging the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the external handle of the room door, the guest signals that hotel staff should not disturb, knock, or enter the room.
If the hotel staff finds a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the room door handle on the day of the guest's departure and the guest does not respond to the hotel's phone call, the hotel staff can enter the room after 11:00.
The misuse of the "Do Not Disturb" sign resulting in damage or harm is the sole responsibility of the guest.
Parking
Direct booking guests can park their vehicles free of charge in the hotel's parking lots. Parking should be done considering the marked parking spaces.
If a guest does not park properly, the hotel is entitled to charge a daily parking fee of 2500 HUF.
Guests must leave the hotel premises with their vehicle by 10:30 on the day of departure. Unauthorized parking incurs a daily fee of 5,000 HUF, payable to leave the hotel premises.
Parking spaces are not covered, and the hotel cannot be held responsible for weather-related damages.
Traffic rules must be followed in the parking lot.
The guest is directly responsible for any damage caused to another parked car.
Economic routes and entrances should be kept clear!

During the high season, breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, and guests can choose from the buffet without assistance from the serving staff. Food or drink cannot be taken from the buffet for later consumption.
Any comments regarding meals should be directed to the restaurant manager.
Unusual Behavior
To ensure the tranquility of guests, loud activities, music, noise, disruptive TV or radio, and any disturbing behavior in the room are prohibited after 22:00, except for hotel-organized or authorized events or programs, where music is allowed until dawn.
Any behavior that disturbs the peace, safety, security, or privacy of others is prohibited on the hotel premises at any time. Harassment or behavior that can be considered harassment is strictly prohibited.
Fishing is prohibited on the beach.
HOTEL FIRE SAFETY REGULATIONS
Dear Guests!
Hospitality and your safety are our top priorities at our hotel. While we are confident that a fire incident will not occur, we have made preparations just in case.
For the safety of both guests and the hotel, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following regulations:
- All activities that may cause fire or explosions are strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms, associated areas, and common spaces.
- It is forbidden to bring and use pyrotechnic materials, flammable liquids, gas cylinders, and equipment powered by them into the hotel building and rooms.
- Smoking in bed is strictly prohibited! Placing burning tobacco, matches, or any other flammable material in a location where it may cause fire or explosion is strictly prohibited. Do not dispose of ashtrays containing still-burning tobacco in the trash!
- The use of coffee makers, kettles, irons, heaters, and other heat-generating devices in rooms and associated spaces is strictly prohibited!
- If electrical devices (e.g., TV) are not in use, they must be turned off. Other devices, such as hair straighteners, hairdryers, electric razors, should be unplugged.
- Placing flammable decorative elements on lamp fixtures or using candles in rooms, associated areas, and on the balcony during festive occasions is strictly prohibited.
- During the heating season, it is prohibited to place flammable materials, sprays, nail polish, etc., on heating devices.
In case of a fire, accident, or immediate danger, please call the reception during working hours at /1421 extension/ or the porter at /1433 extension/.
The hotel staff will perform guest evacuation using verbal communication.
In the event of a fire, exit the building using the designated escape route.

NEREUS BEACH RULES
Valid during the official operation hours of the beach
- The beach is open daily from 09:00 to 19:00.
- Water depth ranges from 0.5 to 2.0 meters.
- Maximum capacity of the beach: 750 people per day.
- The boundaries of the designated bathing area are marked by signs with a white base, blue wavy water, and a black upper body on the shore, while red-white vertical-striped buoys mark the water. The water depth at the buoys is 200 cm.
- When swimming outside the designated bathing area, be aware of watercraft traffic. Swimming more than 500 meters from the shore without escorting watercraft is prohibited!
- Bringing animals into the bathing area and fishing in the bathing area are not allowed.
- Children under six and those under 12 who cannot swim may only bathe under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.
- When using floating devices (water bikes, inflatable devices, etc.) near bathers, make sure they do not endanger swimmers!
- The storm warning service signals the approach or imminent arrival of a storm with periodically flashing yellow light signals placed around several points on the shore of Lake Balaton.
- During a first-degree storm warning - flashing light signals forty-five times per minute - swimming more than 500 meters from the shore is prohibited!
- During a second-degree storm warning - flashing light signals ninety times per minute - swimming is prohibited!
- Swimming is strictly prohibited at night and in limited visibility conditions.
- In the case of children and youth groups, the group leader must provide a supervisory and rescue team of responsible adults corresponding to the number of bathers.
- Entry into the water should only be done through established exits (water stairs).
- Bathing in the harbor is strictly prohibited and life-threatening.
- Entry to the beach with bicycles and cars is prohibited. Supply and service vehicles may enter only with special permission outside of opening hours.
- The children's pool and playground on the beach can only be used under the supervision of a responsible adult. Please ensure the safety of your children. The children's pool and playground are only for children under 14.
- It is forbidden to set up tents or camp on the beach.
- The water block facilities on the beach can be used free of charge, except for the token-operated showers (300 HUF/token). Washbasins should not be used for washing and water extraction; outdoor showers, token-operated showers, and the water well serve this purpose.
- Damages caused to structures, equipment, and green areas on the beach incur liability for compensation, and, in qualified cases, a misdemeanor procedure can be initiated. Dispose of waste in the designated collection containers, and help maintain the cleanliness and order of the beach!
- The beach has a lifeguard service; first aid can be requested from the on-duty lifeguard. The lifeguard is located on the right side of the beach. In case of need, an ambulance can be called from the reception or the porter's office.
